If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it has arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us.
Except in extraordinary circumstances this should be within 3 days of purchase.
The product should be returned to us in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the goods are not in a re-saleable conidition, as sold condition unless damaged in transit with photograph of product and packaging showing damage.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed on Sales items, Special or Custom orders.
Post and Package costs must be borne by the purchaser.
This policy does not affect your legal rights.
